The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings at www.revelstokehotel.co.uk or via the hotel direct or any other online provider. Please note that for promotional bookings the relevant terms and conditions should be consulted. When you make a booking, your contract (which shall include these terms and conditions) will be with The Revelstoke Hotel, Flamborough Road, Bridlington, and East Yorkshire YO152HU (referred to in these terms and conditions as "Revelstoke Hotel".
Dinner reservations and Golf tee off times cannot be guaranteed on line. If your booking includes dinner, please contact the hotel direct to book your slot prior to completion of your online booking. Please note that the price being offered currently cannot be guaranteed should you not complete your booking at this stage. All rates featured on the Revelstoke Website are offered subject to availability and Revelstoke Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason. The Revelstoke hotel offer a choice of room only, bed & breakfast or dinner, bed and breakfast rates. All prices are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason.
PRICING
We offer a full range of packages and pricing, as detailed on our website. Our packages and pricing will fluctuate depending on availability and demand at any given time. Room rates are based on two sharing unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to availability and are inclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate. Your price is guaranteed once you have been given a confirmation or booking number.
PAYMENT
Bookings via the Revelstoke hotels website are fully prepaid at time of booking. Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable and non-transferable. The credit/debit card used to book the Advance Purchase rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel.
PROMOTION & RATES
These rates will require a promotion code. Separate terms and conditions apply which will take precedence over these.
For the avoidance of doubt, your price does not include any incidental charges which you may incur during your stay (including, by way of example only, in respect of your use of the hotel's bar facilities, and the costs of external telephone calls from your room). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with The Revelstoke Hotel that you irrevocably authorise The Revelstoke Hotel to debit your credit or debit card for the amount of any shortfall.
WHAT THE PRICE INCLUDES
Prices include twin or double bedrooms (single room for single guests) with colour TV, direct dial telephone and private en-suite bathroom.
AVAILABILITY
During major sporting events, social events, conference and exhibitions certain rates may not be available. Certain dates may be subject to a minimum length of stay. All rates are subject to availability.
EXECUTIVE & FEATURE ROOMS
Executive, Feature, Four Poster Rooms and Suites may be available at a supplement per night. Generally these rooms offer more space. Family rooms may be available. Please ask for details at time of booking.
SINGLE GUESTS
Individual guests using a single room (where available) may benefit from a reduced rate. When no single room is available, individual guests may book a double or twin room for sole occupancy. These rooms will carry a supplement. Please ask at time of booking.
CHILDREN
Children aged 0 to 10 years of age will be charged £9.50, when sharing a room with two paying adults. Children from the ages of 10 to 16 years of age will be charged at £19.50 per child per night. When sharing a room with two paying adults where a suitable room is available. This rate covers the cost of bed & breakfast all other meal will be charged for as taken. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may need to be used where such accommodation is sought. The hotel will determine whether a room is suitable for the purpose of this offer. Feature rooms are excluded from this offer. Children staying in their own room will be charged 100% of the full adult rate paid by the accompanying adults.
GUESTS WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY
Guests with impaired mobility or other particular requirements should check with the hotel in advance that their requirements can be met. Please call the hotel direct for details.
PETS
We do not accommodate pets of any description.
CAR PARKING
Car parking is limited & free but we do not guarantee parking availability with your booking. For further information on parking availability and charges, please call the hotel direct.
CHECKING IN AND OUT ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Hotel rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure or a further days room charge will apply, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the hotel manager. Please ask for details of the arrival and departure times when making your booking.
MEAL ARRANGEMENTS
Rates which include breakfast offer a full traditional or continental breakfast with tea or coffee, unless stated otherwise. Rates which include dinner offer a choice from the hotel's table d'hôte menu. There is no refund for meals which are not taken by guests and substitutes cannot taken in place of dinner.
ENTERTAINMENT
Please check the availability and range of facilities at the hotel when placing your booking. The hotel offers live entertainment to all our guests on various nights of the week. Some rooms are subject to noise pollution from this entertainment. Please check with the hotel if your accommodation will be affected by the entertainment. All entertainment finishes no later than 1.00am.
Under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when using the bar facility.
BOOKING INFORMATION
Call Revelstoke Hotel Reservations Team on 01262 672362 or book online at www.revelstokehotel.co.uk. Our Reservations Team is available to take your booking seven days a week from 7.30am to 10.00pm Monday to Saturday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Sundays. Booking of eight rooms or more is classified as a group and availability may not show online. Please call the Hotel for details and availability.
DEPOSITS AND PRE-PAYMENTS
Payment will be taken in accordance with the terms & conditions of the rate booked. In the event of cancellation, payment will be taken in accordance with our cancellation terms. See under Cancellations and Amendments opposite for details on cancellations. A credit card number will be required to guarantee the booking.
BALANCE OF MONIES OUTSTANDING
Prior to your departure from the hotel you will be required to settle your bill.
On arrival you will be asked to produce a valid credit card for the hotel to take pre-authorisation. If you are settling your account in cash or with a debit card, you will be asked for a deposit to cover the cost of your room for your stay (any extras which you may incur in the hotel will not be chargeable to your room account). The Revelstoke Hotel accept all major credit and debit cards, (except American Express) The credit/debit card used to book the advance purchase rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. We do not accept cheques.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
Credit card transactions completed at the hotel will have an administration surcharge of 2.5% added to the total bill.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS
All cancellations are made in accordance with the cancellation terms of the rate booked. Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable and non-transferable and full pre-payment will be forfeited. Whilst every effort is made to fulfil any particular requests which you may make in relation to your stay with us, please note that these requests do not form part of our contract and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests. In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to: accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
make alternative arrangements with the Revelstoke hotel; or cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to us in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation). For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any other or future bookings you have already made.
COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS
Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at the Revelstoke Hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty receptionist at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time. Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to The Manager, The Revelstoke Hotel, Flamborough Road, Bridlington East Yorkshire, YO15 2HU.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in our brochure and on our website, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured at any time. All details are correct at time of going to print, however may be subject to change from time to time. The Revelstoke Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation, fire, failure of electrical, gas or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to attempt to exclude or limit the Revelstoke Hotels liability for the death or personal injury of any person caused by the negligence of Revelstoke Hotel or its employees, servants or agents or to attempt to exclude or limit liability in any manner which would be unlawful.
These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in the UK.
