Now you can receive points for all meals and drinks purchased
during your stay and on your accommodation.
Terms and Conditions
As a hotel resident you will be registered as a member of our
loyalty scheme. These terms and conditions are available at a hotel
reception and will also be displayed at all bar areas.
All members must complete an application form and be at least 18
years of age. The information will not be passed on to any other
organisation. Incomplete application forms will be rejected. The
issued loyalty card remains the property of the Revelstoke Hotel,
and the management reserves the right to decline issue or withdraw
the card or points at any time without notice.
The card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person
whose signature is on the card. Members can be removed from the
scheme at the time at the discretion of the Revelstoke management.
The scheme and the card are for customers use only. Cards cannot be
used for transactions where the beneficiary is a business and/or
owners of a business.
To earn points or a price reduction for a transaction, your card
must be presented at the time of your purchase and before the cash
sale has been made. At no point will we allocate points or price
reduction after the sale has been made. Points and price reduction
will not be given on certain products, and certain time periods of
the week are excluded from the scheme. A list of selected discounted
items and discounted time windows will be available to you on
request. Theses can be changed at any time without notice by the
management.
You must spend at least £1.00 in a single transaction to qualify for
points. Then one point will be awarded for every £1.00 spent. This
can be altered at the management’s discretion. The current
redemption value of a point is equivalent to one penny this can be
altered by the management. The monetary value of a point is 0.0001
pence.
In the event that the electronic loyalty system fails for any
reason, we are unable to discount products or apply points to the
member, we will not make any point credits or cash refund to the
members cards.
Points are not transferable to other members. If points have to be
redeemed by a certain time the management will give notice of this
by no more than 28 days.
Cash credits can be applied to a card by the cardholder, all of
which are non- returnable and must be redeemed at the Revelstoke
Hotel and bars.
